You data is held securely on our cloud servers. Once processed, the video you upload is not available for download or viewing to anyone, including you. Your feedback is encrypted at rest and en-route.

How long do you store my data?

Your uploaded videos are stored for a week and then automatically deleted. Your feedback is stored until you delete your account.

Can you handle doubles matches or videos with other players?

Yes, we ask you to specify who you are in the video by specifying what you are wearing. The AI will use your description to identify you through the video and focus only on your plays.

Does the feedback show me specifically where I made mistakes?

Yes, the feedback will include specific timestamps in the video and what you did right or wrong. When indicating something can be done better, it will also provide direct suggestions on what to do. You will have all the information you need to improve your game.

Can I do this on the web as well?

No, Swace is currently an app-only service for iOS. In the future, we may add support for the web and Android as well. When we do, your subscription will be valid on those platforms as well.
